Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new leads for the sales team and effectively communicate the value of the company’s products and services to drive revenue.
This role is focused on international markets (US, UK, Europe, ANZ, etc.) and requires experience engaging with global clients and navigating diverse business environments.
You will be the first point of contact with prospects — qualifying them and booking meetings for our Account Executives / Business Development Managers — with a clear path to grow into a closing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new sales leads through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls.
- Maintain an active and professional presence on LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualification
- Evaluate and qualify prospects based on interest level, business needs, and alignment with company offerings.
- Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Outreach
- Engage potential customers through personalized emails and calls.
- Run discovery conversations.
- Build strong relationships with international prospects.
- Pipeline Management
- Track and manage sales opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings and demos.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams.
- Data Management
- Maintain CRM records.
- Reporting
- Provide reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar tools.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts.
Nice To Have:
- Experience selling IT Services.
- Experience selling SaaS products.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Mobile and Web Development.
- Exposure to US, UK, Europe, Middle East or ANZ markets.
